Yulchon established its China practice in the early 2000s with the opening of our Beijing office. In 2018, we relocated our Beijing office to Shanghai, one of the world's economic centers, to be closer to our clientele of major international businesses. Our China practice group, consisting of experts with outstanding expertise and diverse law-firm, in-house and government experience, provides legal services concerning contracts, negotiations, joint ventures, M&A, project financing, and litigation/arbitration, for Korean and global corporations doing business across Asia. Yulchon is also the first Korean law firm to publish a Chinese-language guidebook for Chinese businesses that wish to invest in Korea. Our China practice group advises in Chinese, English and Korean, and supports the whole corporate life cycle from the planning stage through execution of investments, conduct of business operations, recovery of investments, and reinvestment.
