Under the theme "Korea 2026: Managing Corporate Crises Under the New Administration’s Shifting Policies," the seminar provided an in-depth exploration of how changes in Korea's regulatory landscape impact global businesses and offered strategic frameworks for corporate crisis management.
Moderated by Mr. Myung Jae LEE, the event featured insightful presentations followed by a networking luncheon.
The seminar consisted of two main chapters, the first of which was titled "How the New Political Direction Impacts Foreign Businesses in Korea". In this session, Yulchon partners presented major updates across key practices for 2026:

- Tax: Mr. Kyu Dong KIM highlighted key tax amendments and shifts in tax policy relevant to global multinational enterprises (MNEs)
The second session, "How Global Companies Can Avoid and Manage Corporate Crisis in Korea," utilized an illustrative case study to provide a step-by-step guide to crisis management. During this session, Ms. Sun Hee KIM, Mr. Keon Woong KIM, Mr. Yong Whan CHOI, and Ms. Sy Nae KIM jointly presented practical safeguards and strategic responses for every phase of a corporate crisis.
