On March 9, Yulchon LLC, in collaboration with the French Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI), hosted a seminar for the delegation from ISG RH, a French business school specializing in human resources, at Yulchon’s office.

The seminar was organized for approximately 60 ISG RH students and faculty members visiting Korea as part of their academic program to train future HR professionals. The event aimed to provide insights into Korea’s employment landscape and HR environment. The seminar commenced with welcoming remarks and a brief introduction to Yulchon by Ms. Jay-Son Yang.

In the first session, Ms. Yoonjung Choi, Director at HiREBEST, provided an overview of the Korean job market, including trends in multinational companies entering Korea, Korean companies expanding into Europe, and the growing demand for HR managers. Her presentation offered participants a comprehensive understanding of the Korean HR landscape.

In the second session, Mr. Christopher Mandel, Foreign Attorney at Yulchon, introduced key aspects of Korea’s labor law framework and regulatory environment, highlighting important legal considerations for foreign companies managing employment and HR matters in Korea.

Yulchon will continue to expand its global network and foster exchanges with international institutions and professionals to enhance understanding of Korea’s legal and business environment.
