Yulchon has been named a Top Tier Firm in five practice areas — Antitrust, Product Liability and Recall, White Collar Crime, Tax, and Commercial & Transactions — in the Benchmark Litigation’s Asia-Pacific edition for 2025.

In addition, Yulchon was honored with the “Impact Case of the Year” award for the second consecutive year at the Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific Awards 2025. The recognition was given for securing a landmark victory on behalf of the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) in an administrative proceeding brought by an individual patentee seeking to overturn KIPO’s decision not to recognize an artificial intelligence system, “DABUS,” as an inventor.
