Yulchon Receives Appreciation Plaque from the Ambassador of Vietnam in Korea

On August 13th, 2013, Yulchon and the head of the firm’s Vietnam team, Eric Eunyong Yang, received an appreciation plaque from Tran Trong Toan, the Vietnamese ambassador to Korea, for providing excellent legal service to Korean corporations expanding into Vietnam. Also, Yulchon was acknowledged for its contributions to building an amicable investment environment in cooperation with Vietnam’s government for the past seven years.
After launching its offices in Ho Chi Min City in 2007 and in Hanoi in 2010, Yulchon has been building and nurturing close relations with Vietnam’s government and related organizations by hosting various joint seminars and running investment projects together. In 2008, Yulchon signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Chu Lai Free Economic Zone Authority in Quangnam, Vietnam for investment cooperation and in 2010, Yulchon signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Vietnamese government’s Foreign Investment Board.
