The first half of 2024 was an active period for Vietnam’s regulatory landscape with a series of new laws and other legislative documents (such as decrees, circulars, etc.) enacted by the legislators of Vietnam, especially the new Law on Land No. 31/2024/QH15 (“Land Law 2024”), which brings about a significant impact on the foreign investment in the real estate area.
