Yulchon advised DB Insurance on its acquisition of The Fortegra Group, a U.S.-based specialty insurance company with operations in the U.S. and Europe, in a transaction valued at approximately USD 1.65 billion—one of the largest overseas insurance M&A deals by a Korean insurer.
