Introduction
Senior Consultant Ho Jae Lee focuses his practice primarily on anti-money laundering matters. Mr. Lee received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Chung-Ang University, after which he received his masters degree in Economics from the Department of Economics at Yonsei University Graduate School and his J.D. degree from Yonsei University Law School. During his 22 years of service at the Financial Supervisory Service, Mr. Lee obtained extensive work experience across multiple domains, including the supervision of asset management companies, investigation on unfair trade in the capital markets and oversight on financial companies specializing in loan businesses. Mr. Lee’s notable expertise in anti-money laundering led him to serve as a specialist in the anti-money laundering field prior to joining Yulchon LLC in 2023.
