Kim, Kyoung Yeon (Partner)

As a partner at Yulchon, Kyoung Yeon Kim provides advice on antitrust area, compliance, environment, data privacy and other regulatory matters.

Ms. Kim joined Yulchon as an associate in 2001 and became a partner in 2009. She worked on secondment at the Hong Kong office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from 2007 to 2008. She has been serving as a counsel for the Korean Ministry of Environment of since from 2010 to 2013.

Ms. Kim received her LL.B from Seoul National University and LL.M from the University of Michigan Law School.  She was nominated as a rising star in Competition and Antitrust by Euromoney Expert Guides (2016) and as a leading lawyer by Who’s Who Legal in Environment (2013-2015).
